With more than two decades of experience as a manager in Learning and Development and Organization Development, Marie has developed a keen sense of what it takes to train and grow today's workforce. With a background in high tech, manufacturing and medical device industries within Fortune 500 companies, Marie's management background allows her to collaborate with senior managers and Human Resource professionals to create customized "real world" performance improvement solutions. She has worked as a Learning and Development Consultant and manager in the high tech, manufacturing and medical device industries.

Marie's experience ranges from international giants in manufacturing, retail, and gaming industries to international non-profit organizations. Marie earned a Global Leadership award for leading organizational change, admitting her to the esteemed Dun & Bradstreet Leaders Club.

Marie leads Transpective's series of workplace workshops designed to increase individual, team and project teams' performance.
