Igniting Leadership©

Our signature program, Igniting Leadership©, will enable you to create your own expression of leadership and in turn use your leadership skills to bring about the best results in the most challenging of circumstances.

This is not a management training program, but rather a leadership development program that addresses your own specific challenges and circumstances in the workplace.

We help you drill down to the “root causes” of unresolved issues now holding you back as a leader, so that we can address the “causes” themselves rather than the “symptoms” that are apparent on the surface.

From this discovery and resolution process, we then help you develop new approaches that work best for you in being an effective leader.

Igniting Leadership© is a four-day program delivered over an eight-week period, providing three consecutive full-day sessions at the beginning, one full-day session at the conclusion, and three coaching sessions by phone during the interim period between sessions 3 and 4.
