photoAT&T: Breakthrough in Time-to-Market -- A multi-function team was assigned the task of producing a field-grade prototype for use in the Japanese market. The estimated number of hours predicted to build the prototype based on previous similar projects was 114 weeks. Using Transpective’s breakthrough project coaching – the prototype was completed in 68 weeks, resulting in substantial savings and greater market penetration while competing against two Japanese suppliers.

AT&T: Significant Employee Morale Improvement – Transpective was engaged to coach Human Resources personnel within AT&T, Inc. The results? Two major divisions realized improvements of 17% in both leadership and employee attitude survey scores. Employee participation in these opinion surveys doubled.

Lucent: Middle Managers Take Ownership of Business Performance – A Lucent business operations team of middle managers, coached by Transpective, exceeded return-on-sales targets by 50%. Lucent: Earns Baldrige Award - Transpective coached teams and mid-to-upper managers on a three-year journey to Total Quality, using Baldrige criteria as the benchmark. In the third year, Lucent was awarded the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

North Shore Magnetic Imaging Center: Exceptional Growth – An MRI center located in the Boston area engaged Transpective to guide management and staff through large-scale growth and organizational transformation. During this three-year period, North Shore Magnetic expanded from three magnets at one location to six magnets in four locations while, in addition, implementing PET scanning technology. In the face of unprecedented growth and new technology, both management and staff were able to actually lower their organizational stress scores by significant percentages, defying statistics for these conditions.
